This Privacy policy covers the interactions between

Divim. Inc., hereinafter referred to as the ”Supplier”, and

the company stated when starting the subscription, hereinafter referred to as the ”Customer”.
Our Application (“Application”) is designed to provide a specific service to our users without collecting or storing any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or human-readable information about the data on your Atlassian Cloud instance. This includes names of projects, boards, and any other information that could be considered private.
The Application only collects and processes data necessary for the service’s operation, which is not used for any other purpose. All data collected and processed by the Application is anonymized and is not linked to any personally identifiable information or private information.
Information we store:
- Ids of projects selected.
- Ids of boards selected.
- Atlassian-generated UserId hash (when creating teams).
- Ids of user issues (only Backlog refinement and Sprint planning).
Uninstalling the Application also removes all the information from the database. This information includes ProjectId (a number), BoardId (a number), and ClientId (an Atlassian-generated hash).
Publicity and Marketing
Unless the Customer has objected according to the next paragraph, we may publicly state that the Customer is the Supplier’s customer. The Customer grants the Supplier the right to include the Customer’s name, trademark, logo, or similar identifying material in a listing of customers on the Supplier’s website and/or promotional material in relation to the Service.
The Customer may, via the Supplier’s support portal, ask the Supplier not to include information about the Customer in any publicly available material. Such a request can be made at any time, even before the Supplier has published information according to the prior section. After a request from the Customer, the Supplier shall stop including information about the Customer in any publicly available material within thirty (30) days and, as far as possible, delete any already publicized information about the Customer.
We take the privacy of our users seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect their data. We do not share any data collected by the Application with third parties except as required by law or to comply with legal obligations.
